Civil Engineer - Office-Based (Hybrid After Probation) - Oxford

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineer seeking career progression and exposure to a variety of engineering challenges. You''ll start with an office-based role, transitioning to a hybrid setup (3 days in-office) after a 3-month probation period. You will work closely with senior management and gain hands-on experience in key aspects of civil engineering design and consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Site appraisals, feasibility assessments andamp; pre-planning reports (Flood Risk Assessments, Foul Drainage andamp; Utility Assessments)
✅ Drainage andamp; earthworks modelling
✅ Highways design (S38 / 184 / 278)
✅ Preparation of detailed design information for tender andamp; construction
✅ Contract management andamp; client representation

What We''re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years'' experience in a civil engineering consultancy
- BSc or BEng qualified (ideally with industry experience)
- Strong written andamp; verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness andamp; ability to collaborate within a team
