We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and flexible class 1 night driver to work out of Southampton, Portsmouth and Basingstoke areas. There are a variety of shifts available including; general haulage trunk runs, fridges, cages, and containers. Guaranteed weekly pay available. 5 nights per week, Monday to Friday. Weekend shifts also available. Minimum 10 hours paid per shift, no break deductions. 17-18ph PAYE. Pay: For the right candidate that can provide flexibility, we can guarantee a minimum payment per week (Monday to Friday) of 850, even if you are cancelled. Requirements: Valid HGV class 1 (CE) Driving Licence. Held for a minimum of 18 months. Valid driver CPC and Digital Tachograph cards. Southampton Docks Card (TAC). Flexibility. Minimum 6 months class 1 experience. Relevant knowledge of EU driver hour rules and working time legislation. Good communications skills. Over 25 for insurance purposes.
