Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in all areas of Science, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Differentiate lessons to ensure that all students, regardless of ability, can access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to improve student ability and potential.
• Implement creative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and understanding.
• Attend regular meetings with colleagues to discuss student progress
• Contribute to the extracurricular activities and school events to enhance studentsandrsquo; educational experience.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, supporting their personal and academic growth.

Qualifications andamp; Experience:

• A passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring students.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of varying abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative department.
• Experience teaching Science at secondary school level, particularly across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
