About you: Are you an experienced and motivated Business Manager who thrives in a demanding environment? Are you good with dealing in with a diverse range of tasks, which includes diary management, liaising with senior stakeholders with a strong communication skill set?The Ideal Candidate will be: To provide an effective channel of communication for the CEO within the department and with external stakeholders in deciding arrangements for meetings and commissioning the required materials. To communicate clearly, whilst recognising the confidential and sensitive nature of the work and the need to be discreet when dealing with sensitive/high profile issues. To ensure that the CEO time is coordinated and managed effectively, highlighting any pressure points Develop strong and trusted relationships with GFSL teams across the organisation, working closely with the Exec function and external stakeholders, working strategically to ensure that the CEO has all the advice and information required to make well-informed, robust decisions. To be a point of contact with the Non-Executive Directors ensuring they are fully supported and have all required materials to fulfil their roles. Ensure timely briefing and advice is provided to the CEO, using agreed templates with clear objectives and interventions/lines to take provided in advance.
