They look mostly after Fit-out, Refurb and new builds in the medical, hospitality, commercial and retail sectors. They are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. If you are a licensed builder or site supervisor currently working in Toowoomba and want to step up into a Site Management role, this could be the job for you. Your new role Your new role will include but is not limited to: Monitoring on-site safety protocols and procedures Regularly communicating and coordinating with stakeholders Providing guidance and support to site staff throughout all stages of construction Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during construction Managing conflicts or disputes that arise between team members or external parties What you'll need to succeed What you'll need to succeed: Medium QBCC Supervisors License Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and methodologies Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Exceptional planning, organisational, and leadership abilities A trade qualification or Construction Management degree Minimum 5 years' experience in the building & construction industry Valid driver's license and Construction white card What you'll get in return What you'll get in return is the opportunity to step up into a Site Management role in a well established company.
