Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Automation / PLC / Machinery) to work as part of their critical engineering maintenance team in Northampton. Applicant Requirements: • As an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer you ll be qualified in electrical and mechanical engineering (minimum ONC Electrical Engineering / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). • Understanding Health and Safety legislation, you ll have first-hand experience of maintaining automation equipment, ideally Programme Logic Controllers (PLC), along with a flexible approach and the ability to communicate complex issues effectively. (PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE SHIFT PATTERNS BEFORE APPLYING) Working Hours: • You will work 12 hour shifts, which includes two weeks earlies 7:00am - 7:00pm, and two weeks nights 7:00pm - 7:00aam, and will include rest days. • The successful candidate will be required to follow the shift rotation system, with some degree of voluntary flexibility to meet our 24/7 operational needs on occasion, including voluntary overtime coverage and occasional shift pattern flexibility.
