About the Role:

We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help continue developing the Oxford area. This full-time role involves learning everything from basic recruitment processes to managing your own clients and candidates. You will be based at our Banbury office, conveniently located close to the M40, but will be expected to regularly visit clients in Oxford.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for this role (candidates without a full UK driving licence unfortunately won't be considered)
