Building Safety ManagerHome based with travel across England and South Wales £65,000 + BenefitsOur client, a leading provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure, has an exciting opportunity for a Building Safety Manager to join their Technical Compliance team.Key Responsibilities: Resident Engagement and Safety: Visit high-rise and high-risk residential buildings to build and maintain strong relationships with residents, recording and addressing any safety concerns promptly.Compliance: Ensure all properties, particularly those in scope of the Building Safety Act 2022, meet regulatory requirements and comply with industry standards, legislation, and best practices.Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate with internal teams, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and supply chain partners to maintain building safety and ensure projects are executed to the highest standards. What We re Looking For: Proven experience in building safety management, with a deep understanding of the Building Safety Act and associated legislation.Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with residents, local authorities, and stakeholders.Ability to analyse and interpret data to maintain the integrity of building safety cases.Knowledge of industry best practices, codes of practice, and regulations relating to fire and building safety.
