They provide and assist their clients in navigating the regulatory landscape associated with safety compliance in the built environment, acting as a Principal Designer under the CDM and BSA, conducting compliance reviews, and offering tailored training programs. Their teams is composed of professional Building Control Officers and HandS experts. The Role Liaise with their professional team to provide clients with comprehensive advice on the building safety and the Building Safety Act. The position demands an acute understanding of building regulations and the associated safety legislation. You will be responsible for advising clients on higher-risk buildings (HRBs) among others and performing the principal designer role under The Building Safety Act/Building Regulations across various projects. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in building control.
