Location: Essex/Kent Salary: Competitive You will be the primary point of contact for all service-related tasks, including maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter and have a passion for problem solving. You must also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to maintain and update your own van stock. You must also be comfortable working with a tablet for job reporting. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and driving service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Our ideal applicant will have/be: Experience within mechanical electrical environment preferable or qualifications. IT skills (Proficient in mobile device/tablet use).
