Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Desborough. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery that creates high-quality packaging products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Adjust machinery settings as needed based on production requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
