We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for various digital products. The focus will be on creating seamless and engaging user experiences while being cost-effective. We are looking for a 2 month contract to start.

Responsibilities
- Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for diverse digital products.
- Optimize PowerPoint presentations to enhance clarity and visual impact, improving layout, flow, and design consistency.
- Design and develop engaging newsletter templates that align with brand guidelines, ensuring clear messaging and optimal user engagement across devices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and design system that aligns with the team’s brand.
- Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Design interactive elements and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Work closely with developers to implement and refine interactive components.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design choices.
- Iterate designs based on usability test results and user feedback.
- Work closely with product stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of users.
