Role Overview: As the Housing Repairs and Maintenance Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a significant initiative that aims to enhance our service delivery. You will oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of this programme, ensuring a smooth transition through effective management of multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the day-to-day delivery of the project, encompassing eight workstreams to facilitate a seamless transition. Stakeholder Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, manage communication strategies, and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including Trade Union representatives. Governance and Due Diligence: Support the Programme Lead in governance arrangements and ensure that all due diligence activities are completed and accessible.
