Job SummaryThe post involves providing technical support to the Technical team for routine production.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesReviewing mechanical and chemical test results against customer specification and liaising with the test laboratory.The validation of heat treatment charts, both in-house and sub-contractors.Validating SAT reports.Be involved with the certification of product.Involvement with internal audits and completing them as scheduled by the business.Processing orders and enquiries including technical contract review, route generation and assignment and the generation of any necessary quality and method control documentation.
