Due-to continued success, my client is looking for an administrator to join their team.
Multiple members of their team have been with the company for 40 years and 25% of their team have been with them for 10 years!
Salary: Up to £27,500
Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30
Location: Woore
Duration: Permanent/ Full time
Administrator Duties include:
- Support the department in all service, repair and warranty administration and invoicing
- Support the site engineers with site requirements, equipment, documentation and information
- Setup and revise service agreements as required, updating databases
- Liaise with subcontract service providers and raise purchase orders where necessary
- Generate quotations for parts and remedial works and follow up
Requirements for the right Administrator:
- Customer Communication Skills to deal with internal and external customers
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Ability to manage own workload and use initiative
- Maintain client relationships and manage client expectations
- Open minded individual, open to learning mechanical/electrical terminology
