Thrive Oldham are recruiting Production Operatives in the Oldham Area on behalf of our well established client Job Desciption Proactively work with the Production Team on ensuring sales orders are completed to the correct quality standard in line with company lead times without affecting costs.Accurately building and configuring units to customer specifications, while performing manual and electronic reliability and accuracy testing, in readiness for packing/ labelling for dispatch and delivery.Support in maintaining and updating all production related paperwork, including but not limited to:Stock issuesfirst off inspection reportsFollow by example the companies Health and Safety policies, reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults to your direct Team Lead or Production Manager. Including not limited to:Maintaining a safe and clean working environment During busy and high holiday periods, support other areas within operations. Key challenges Working with Sales on achieving customer satisfaction by the way of delivering a qualityproduct on time and within cost.
