Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy team on a Permanent basis Duties include;Processing high volume monthly payroll in a team from start to finish including EPS and FPSProcess Starters, Leavers and Contract VariationsProcessing of manual payments for New JoinersProcessing payments for any overtime and HolidaysExtensive payroll knowledge for maternity, sick payComplete manual calculations for SMP and SSP, Gross to Net paymentsExperienced with example pivots and V look upsCompleting routine payroll data entry on systemsProcessing confidential data and applying updatesEnsuring the verification and validation of dataEnsuring the correct application of statutory regulations in respect of dataInvestigating and resolving queries via reference to historical dataInvestigating and resolving queries via telephone and emailAny other payroll administration duties You will have;Strong previous payroll experience within a high volume and complex in-house payroll departmentAble to process payrolls from start to finish including EPS and FPS and Bacs paymentsStrong excel skills including lookups and pivot tablesStrong numeracy, analytical and interpretative skillsAbility to complete manual calculationsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and deliver to deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships at all levelsThe ability to recognise issues and deal with payroll queries If ..... full job details .....
