My client is known for contributing to charitable and social causes across the UK and Europe. Originally based in Europe, they have taken on a household name business and are now going through a digital and technical transformation. You''ll be joining a large team of social media and performance marketers.The Role: Shape and deliver brand''s social media platforms, organic content, and influencer marketing campaigns. Develop new and innovative storytelling techniques across Instagram, FB, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube. Collaborate with owned and earned teams to ensure campaigns and messaging are aligned. Brief in-house creative team across reactive and planned social opportunities. Develop and manage social media content calendars. Work alongside paid social team and agency. Create detailed analysis and report on the success of campaigns. Work with stakeholders to oversee all approvals for content publishing within a regulated industry. Manage and mentor a direct report.The Person: 3+ years of experience in social media management within a brand or agency. Proven ability to grow organic social media channels.
