SF Executive have partnered with a private equity backed retail business that are seeking a Head of FPandA to support the CFO with a business improvement and growth journey.As Head of FPandA you will be tasked with (but not limited to) the following: Create a world class Group FPandA function, doing the deep dive on the existing data on the business, and providing meaningful analysis and insight to help the business achieve its new strategyOwnership and development of the Group corporate modelTo lead, plan, co-ordinate and deliver all aspects of the holistic corporate financial planning process of the Group to include a three-year plan, annual budget and rolling forecastsRaise awareness of financial planning throughout the business while increasing the delivery, quality and accuracy of outputsLiaising and challenging a senior management team during the planning and budgeting processBe knowledgeable about the wider commercial factors relating to the Group, identifying relevant factors, and undertaking analysis to establish where new business opportunities can be exploited, and efficiencies realised Work with senior management to optimise commercial levers and deliver profit improvement across the group, owning the risks and opportunities scheduleWork closely with the Group Financial Controller to ensure the alignment and consistency between the corporate model and on-going periodic reportingWork to establish standard budgeting templates and processes across the Group - ..... full job details .....
