Thrive Group Shepton are recruiting for Forklift Operative with Warehouse Experience on behalf of a prestigious client in Cullompton, Devon. The role is on a 4 on 2 off shift and we are looking for candidates to start ASAP. This is a temporary to permanent placement.Forklift - Counterbalance or Reach - is requiredJob Responsibilities:General warehouse dutiesUsing the warehouse system and scanner to receive, locate goods into the racking, pick and dispatch.Continuously high levels of housekeeping to ensure high standards of warehouse hygiene environment are adhered to.Completing any relevant paperwork in line with the warehouse processes.Using a Counterbalance and Reach Truck in a variety of warehouse racking solutions Licences Required:Forklift - Counterbalance or Reach (ideally both)Skills Required:Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment.Experience with computerised warehouse management systems, Manhattan scale is advantageous.Good communication and team working skills.Attention to detail is essential.Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.Basic numeracy and literacy skills.Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
