Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and all associated system activity. Provide maintenance support to production to ensure efficient performance of all equipment. Ensure accurate and timely records are entered into the maintenance system relating to all work carried out, root causes and spare parts used. Make food safety a priority while maintaining the machinery. Continuous Improvement activities as directed.
