Your Duties will include:Providing support to members of the Residential Conveyancing team.Producing documentation.Assisting clients with enquiries in person and on the phone.Updating a case management system.Managing file progression from opening, closure and archiving.Diary management for the team.Maintaining the departmental filing systems and document storage.General administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, faxing, printing and filing.We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role with the following skills:Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Team playerAttention to detailExcellent typing speedsOrganised with time and documentsEfficient diary management skillsExcellent organisation skillsAbility to work on own initiativeFlexible, can do approachInterested?
