Deliver excellent technical advice, service, and maintenance on all brand vehicles. Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers. Commit to continuous learning and development. Optimise resource utilisation when delivering services Requirements: Fully qualified with City and Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork. Capable of supporting, coaching, and developing colleagues and junior team members.
