Role Overview: As a Children''s Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with EBD. You will work closely with their dedicated team to create a supportive and enriching environment, promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the individuals in their care. Key Responsibilities: Providing day-to-day care and support to children and young people with EBD. Implementing care plans and risk assessments in collaboration with the team.
