Maintain and develop customer relationships, uncover growth opportunities to drive additional client support. Preserve an unwavering commitment and drive, ensuring potential deals are brought to fruition propelling sales growth. Organise client meetings in conjunction with the commercial manager, where and when required. Ensure all rate agreements are documented, saved and clear instructions are passed onto the operations teams for smooth handling of shipments. Duties and Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager: Ensure that client interaction and communication levels are exemplary. Plan and carry out weekly sales calls.
