Role Title: Office AdministratorPurpose of the role: To perform a range of general customer focussed administration/processing duties within a team of 3 people.Reports to: Transaction Processing ManagerLocation: Bandet Way, ThameMain Responsibilities:Answering the switchboard and taking messages as appropriateGreet visitors, complying with health and safety as requiredManage own and shared inboxProcess customer orders accurately and in accordance with company procedures and timescales.
