We have an exciting opportunity to join our team working across two very different National Trust sites - Fenton House and 2 Willow Road. Being a Visitor Experience Officer for the National Trust is all about people and we''re looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active Visitor Experience Officer to help us deliver exceptional experiences for every visitor and volunteer. This is an annualised role with a general working pattern of 4 days a week, 9-5.30pm. During the visitor season March to October, your working days will be Thursday to Sunday. When closed, working days can be flexible and Monday to Friday. The advertised salary is inclusive of the Inner London Weighting allowance of £4,465 per annum (prorated if you''re part-time) Please include a cover letter with your application.
