Production Operative Our client is a market-leader in their field of manufacturing with a state-of-the-art facility in Chertsey and they are looking for a hard-working and reliable Production Operatives to join their team. As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of goods while maintaining a safe and organized working environment. Duties includes: Production Line Operations Operating machinery and equipment according to company procedures. Assembling, packing, and labeling products in line with production schedules. Conducting quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards. Health and Safety Compliance Following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Reporting any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly to the supervisor. Stock and Material Handling Monitoring stock levels and replenishing materials as required. Ensuring raw materials and finished goods are stored appropriately. Team Collaboration Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines. Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding workflow and priorities. Cleaning and Maintenance Keeping workstations, machinery, and the production area clean and tidy. Performing basic maintenance tasks on equipment, where applicable.
