Contract Personnel Thetford are pleased to be working with their client based in Red Lodge who are looking for Warehouse Senior Operatives who have MHE expereicen and hold a VNA / Counterbalance FLT cert.This role is offered on a temp to perm basis. We have one postion for their Day shift and one postion for the Back shift. The Senior Operative role is a hands on development role working alongside the warehouse Team Leader/s to support them achieving exceptional performance andservice levels, whilst also helping to support both people and operational issues.In conjunction with, and reporting directly to the Warehouse Team Leader, this role involves helping to manage the immediate needs of the warehouse operation in terms of safety, performance, processes, people issues and work flow.The role will hold a higher level of responsibility amongst the Warehouse Operative teams, in the above areas.Job duties includeYou may be asked to step-up and provide cover for the Team Leader in areas of: Monitoring Safe working practices.People Organisation.To develop self in and support best practice (Health and Safety)Understand current processes.Support change as and when required.Support operational decisions / Work a rounds when required.Support all Health and Safety rules and regulations.Learn how to carry out accident and incident investigations.Be proactive in improving HandS Standards across the site.Understand and support safe operation of all MHE.To provide information/feedback on ..... full job details .....
