This is a hands-on property management role, overseeing a portfolio across Birmingham, Malvern, Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Cardiff. We re looking for someone proactive, organised, and confident in handling both administrative and practical property management tasks. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple properties. Conduct regular inspections, ensuring maintenance and compliance. Manage tenant relationships, lease agreements, renewals, and terminations. Handle rental payments, collections, and account reconciliation. Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and upkeep. Ensure compliance with property laws and safety regulations. Maintain records, budgets, and property reports. What We re Looking For: Proven experience in property management. Familiarity with ALTO or ZPG Group software is desirable. Strong knowledge of property regulations and best practices. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
