Key Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships both over the phone and in person. Motivated, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of recruitment or an interest in starting a career in recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
