A fantastic opportunity to join this global travel management company (TMC) where you will be responsible for leading a geographically dispersed team across Europe. This role will be fully remote from any location across Europe. Regional Operations Manager Responsibilities Leading and developing a team of travel consultants across Europe. Drive process improvements, efficiency''s and standard operating procedures whilst being sensitive to local market differences. Support with the roll out and adoption of new Online Booking Tools.Work cross-functionally with out of hours team, account management and the wider business. Support with the implementation of EMEA wide clients. Audit and analyse performance, financial and quality ensuring a consistent level across all accounts. Ensure SLA''s are met and profits are maximised. Regional Operations Manager Skills Required Must have senior level operations management experience gained in a Travel Management Company (TMC).Experience leading and developing a remote team.Strong knowledge of GDS (preferably Sabre), NDC and Online Booking Tools. Experience of driving efficiency measures and process improvement. Strong cultural awareness both in terms of internal stakeholder management and external clients.Fluent written and verbal English language skills; any additional languages would be advantageous.
