Excellent opportunity for a keen and highly motivated Assistant Site Manager, to work on a contract basis with this Tier 1 main contractor on a complex health care project in Winchester, Hampshire. This role is initially to run until the end of the year but could well be extended for the right person. The projects comprises an extensive refurbishment of the existing hospital, as well as a new build extension. You will be reporting to and working closely with a senior site manager and working within a live environment. You will be responsible for the management and coordination of trade subcontractors from initial inductions on wards, ensuring a high standard of health and safety is adhered to, all works are undertaken according to agreed RAMS, checking and ensuring works are to the specified quality, and proceeding on programme. ..... full job details .....
