This role reports directly to the HR Director, with opportunities to deputise for the Senior Leaders as needed, contributing to the development and implementation of people strategy. As a Trusted Partner, you will collaborate closely with a dynamic and highly motivated HR team, making a meaningful difference across the organisation. Key Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner: Partner the senior leadership, delivering strategically across HR operations, engagement and colleague development. Monitor and analyse people data trends and KPIs to enable preventative/corrective actions and to shape longer term strategic plans Work with People team colleagues to deliver the people plan, identifying current and future people-related business needs and strategies to prioritise Raise awareness of current and anticipated people opportunities, challenges and risks to inform current and future people related decisions and activity Coach leaders to manage change and drive a positive culture Provide expert advice and solutions in ER and performance management to support managers on complex disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, sickness, employee engagement and other people-related matters Act as a point of escalation for the business for any potential ..... full job details .....
