They are now looking to hire a Head of Quality Assurance to lead the Quality Assurance activities reporting to the company head of compliance. .Responsibilities: Establish clear and compliant GMP standards in the companyAlign with the broader organisation, to ensure organisation has uniform high standardsShare best practices, for the benefit of the organisationEstablish a clear governance processDeliver clear and concise scorecards, on a weekly basis, in conjunction with the Head of Compliance, including status and progressEscalate issues of significance, in a timely mannerLead and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindsetEnsure the QA team are supporting operationsLead on Governance, Quality, GMP and GDPManage QA activity in relation to EU wide distribution and supply chainsWork with contract manufacturers ensuring complianceImplement audit systems for internal audits of relevant departmentsRisk governance processes, looking at understanding and proactively managing riskEstablish/Improve on metrics, to demonstrate and understand changes in the performance, in terms of ComplianceLead a teamDuties:Deputise for the Head of Compliance when requiredBuild a relationship with ..... full job details .....
