About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contractor Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance of subcontractor work for a social housing facility maintenance and asset management contract.

This permanent, full-time FIFO position, based in Perth (WA), plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing operational performance. The position is responsible for ensuring that operations team and sub-contractors deliver all contracted maintenance services safely, on schedule, and within budget, while strictly adhering to contractual requirements and deadlines.

Through your QA expertise and leadership, your key responsibilities will be:

• Work closely with operations supervisors to ensure delivery of work in line with business rules and work delivery guidelines.
• Maintain service delivery data in the work order management system.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports according to agreed formats and structures.
• Monitor progress and anticipated completion dates for auditing and inspection requests.
• Assist with quality-related service requests from customers and internal staff.
• Communicate effectively with customers and support the service delivery team to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Record quality issues and actions as per company/contract quality system requirements.
• Escalate service requests to Management when required response times cannot be met.
• Actively identify and implement corrective actions for workplace hazards in collaboration with HSEQ.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in managing quality and compliance of subcontractor or self-delivered maintenance services, ideally in a facility management environment or similar industry. You will be highly proactive, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (HSEQ, quality auditing etc) are desirable but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Experience in managing audits, compliance reporting, and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
