Quantity Surveyor - £15m Refurbishment Reading, BerkshireThis established main contractor are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on a new project in Reading, Berkshire.The project you will be involved with is a £15m student accommodation project which consists of a full refurb, including strip out, new glazing and façade along with modern fitout. The project is a 2minute walk from Reading train station so has good rail links from London and the Southern towns.As Quantity Surveyor you will work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and be based full time on the site in Reading.
