With the continued expansion of our National Accounts business, we are looking to strengthen our team and model, to appoint a Design and Build MEP Estimator, with transferrable skills to support and grow our current projects model. A successful candidate would be ideally located near to the M4 corridor.We are looking for someone with an Estimating track record in Building Services Engineering, in generating and winning Design and Build tenders / opportunities, with little client information. This is a new role within the business Unit, so you will be working closely with the Head of Projects, being influential in the development of an efficient model and collaborative ways of working, with the wider Projects Team. Must have a track record of working on CAT A, CAT B Fitout, Capital Plant Replacement projects, Infrastructure upgrades and Energy Projects.
