Complex Care Service Manager Location: Wolverhampton office Type: Full-time Salary: 30,000 to 35,000An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Complex Care Service Manager (equivalent to a deputy manager) to join an established and well respected of complex care services for adults and young people within their own homes. Your new provider: Is dedicated to providing exceptional home care services to individuals with medium to long-term complex care needs. Their mission is to ensure that our clients receive the highest standards of care, enabling them to live comfortably and safely in their own homes. Role Overview:You will have a key focus on assisting the Complex Care Manager with the day to day running of the Care Packages, staff management and all elements of quality.Duties include but not limited to:Develop and implement care plans and risk assessmentsPerformance management - supervisions, return to works, sickness and absence monitoringMaintaining accurate digital records and documentationEnsuring compliance with all regulations and standards related to care and supportTo attend regular staff meetings and training as required and when requested present information to the MD and Operations manager.Assist with the payroll process Requirements:Valid driving licence and own vehicle.Previous involvement in MDTKnowledge and competent in complex care needs such as trachy, vent, bowel, PEGMinimum of Level 3 in Health and Social CareExcellent communication skills both written and ..... full job details .....
