About the Role This is an exciting and impactful role where you''ll play a key part in shaping and maintaining our HR policies for our c.1200 colleagues during a critical period of our cultural transformation journey following the publication of the Independent Review of our culture in 2024. You will lead the continuous review and refresh of policies to ensure they remain relevant, accessible, and aligned with our organisational values, with a strong focus on equality, diversity, and inclusion. Working closely with HR Business Partners and HR Advisers, you will provide oversight and support for complex HR casework, helping to manage challenging situations and improving colleagues'' experience, particularly in accessing reasonable adjustments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to address key cultural challenges and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace. This is an ideal position for an HR professional who enjoys the dual focus of policy development and working in partnership with managers to ensure effective implementation of those policies.
