Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons across various subjects, following the plans left by the regular teacher
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and discipline within the classroom
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a positive and productive environment
• Adapt teaching methods to support studentsandrsquo; diverse learning needs and abilities
• Ensure student safety and well-being in line with school policies
• Provide constructive feedback to keep students engaged and motivated
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school day

Qualifications andamp; Experience:

• Experience in a secondary school setting is advantageous, but not required
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students
• Flexibility to cover a range of subjects and year groups
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach
• A positive, supportive attitude towards helping students succeed
