Employee Relations Specialist

Our client, a leading health-related Charity now has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. Please note; this role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week working from the central London offices. As Employee Relations Specialist, you''ll play a pivotal role in providing expert ER guidance and support to staff. Reporting directly to the Head of Employee Relations, you will manage a diverse range of employee relations issues including performance management, investigations, grievances, well-being, and absence management. Your role will involve advising and coaching line managers to ensure effective resolution of people management challenges while promoting a positive, supportive workplace culture. As Employee Relations Specialist your role will include: Supporting and Coaching line managers to develop their skills in managing performance, handling difficult conversations, and conducting investigationsAdvising line managers on resolving a range of people management issues, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive workplace cultureManaging an ER caseload, ensuring timely resolution of employee relations issues while balancing best practices and business needsContributing to employee relations policies, ensuring compliance with up-to-date employment law and best practiceSupporting the well-being strategy, offering advice and resources to line managers and staffSupporting leaders ..... full job details .....
