This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to making a positive impact on students learning and development in their final year of primary Education. This is a fulltime role and is due to start ASAP.Key Responsibilities: Support the Year 6 class with day-to-day activities and lesson delivery.Assist in planning, preparing, and adapting learning materials.Provide 1:1 or small group support to students as needed, ensuring they are engaged and progressing.Help with classroom management to ensure a positive, productive learning environment.Support students with their emotional, social, and academic needs.Assist in preparing students for SATs and provide additional support in key areas as required. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with Year 6 or upper primary, is highly desirable.A passion for supporting children s learning and development.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.A proactive and patient approach to working with children.Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, are advantageous but not essential.A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
