MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Roofer to join a social housing contractor paying 19.29 per hour CIS with a company van and fuel card supplied. This role will be working within the responsive repairs team and will be covering the Skelmersdale area.Working Hours Mon-Fri 8am-17:00pm with a half hour break.Job details:Key Accountabilities will include:Undertake repair/renewal roofing worksCommunicate effectively with the scheduler, residents and line managerWork safely and in compliance with Health and Safety and safeguarding requirementsRemain up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of skill areaWork in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs when requiredComplete work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken, via a PDAHold a trade qualification in RoofingA basic DBS check will need to be carried out if successful and a UKATA OR IATP Asbestos Awareness course will be required. ..... full job details .....
