As the new HR Business Partner you will be CIPD level 7 qualified. Have experience of working in large complex organisations with Education sector experiernce in HR. Experience of working with Union colleagues and extensive experience of employee relations casework. Have good current knowldege of employment law with an emphasis of redundancy/restructuring and TUPE legislation. Understanding of education terms and conditions (Burgundy Book, Green Book and pay bargaining processes (STPCD and NJC). Understanding the principles of job evaulation. Knowledge of HAY job evaluation systems. Demonstrable business partnering skills. Able to repersent HR at a senior level.
