Position: FLT Driver
Location: Desborough, Northamptonshire
Shift: Night Shift (22.00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Pay: £13.82 per hour
Days: Monday-Friday (Full-Time)

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced FLT Driver to join our growing team at a leading packaging company in Desborough. As a vital member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for safely operating a Forklift Truck (FLT) to move and manage stock within the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations throughout the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Forklift Truck (FLT) to load, unload, and move stock within the warehouse.
Ensure the warehouse is well-organized and maintain accurate inventory records.
Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and assisting with other tasks when necessary.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with other warehouse operatives to meet daily targets.
Requirements:

Valid FLT Counterbalance or Reach License (essential).
Previous experience operating an FLT in a warehouse or industrial setting (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be reliable and able to work night shifts.
