Using intervention techniques to deal with both emotional and behavioural issues.This role would be great experience for those considering a career in teaching/education, social work or working with people who have learning difficulties.You will receive training on how to undertake the role as part of your induction and additional training is also available on a range of difficulties such as dyslexia and ADHD.You must have 5 GCSEs (Grade A -C) including English Language and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent, you should also have some experience of working with young people and/or adults in a group environment.
