Role: Lettings Negotiator Location: NW3 Type: Permanent Salary: Up to 25k + commission We are currently working with a well-established, independent Estate Agency, based in an affluent area of NW London. Due to changes within the business they are now keen for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their team. The role will be working Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm and then every second/third Saturday (10am-3pm), with a half day off in lieu the following week. Key responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator: Handle the daily enquiries from prospective tenants. Arrange and carry out viewings with prospective tenants and follow up appointments accordingly. Negotiating offers with Landlords and Tenants in a professional manner. Prepare all the necessary paperwork for the new tenancies and ensuring the computer system is updated. Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. Work alongside the company owners in promoting the business. Identify opportunities for valuations and actively seeking new business. Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.
