Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring across various roles. This includes sourcing, screening, and supporting the onboarding journey for candidates.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, write engaging job adverts, and source top talent, ensuring a smooth, centralised recruitment process.Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.Report recruitment metrics monthly, providing talent acquisition insights and process improvements.Deliver exceptional candidate experience, maintaining consistent communication throughout the recruitment journey.Assist the People Team with wider team projects, including internal communications, engagement events, and the completion of the internal quarterly newsletter.
