Job Purpose As part of the Design Team, the Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for planning, leading and delivering the process design of water and wastewater treatment projects for various clients. They will oversee technical projects, manage teams, and ensure that the solutions provided meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client needs. The role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and sustainable water treatment solutions. Job Responsibilities Lead the process design, development, and implementation of water and wastewater treatment projects. Develop process flow diagrams, mass balances, and process unit sizing to optimise treatment plant performance. Develop PandIDs, process control philosophies, hydraulics calculations (gravity and pumped) to feed into design specifications and HAZOP studies. Represent the design team in HAZOP studies and design reviews with both internal and external stakeholders. Oversee the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and specifications for treatment systems. Provide technical support and expertise to project teams, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and quality standards.
